Why Sun Pest Control

Pests We Treat in Epsom

Rats and Mice: Properties near Epsom Common, Epsom Downs and the open land around Tattenham Corner see increased rodent activity in autumn and winter. We carry out a full inspection, install bait stations and traps, seal entry points and include follow-up visits in our standard treatment. Find out more about our rat control and mice control services.
Wasps: Wasp nests are one of our most common callouts across Epsom between May and September. The larger gardens, mature hedgerows and accessible loft spaces across Epsom's residential streets provide ideal nesting conditions. We offer same-day removal across Epsom, Ewell, Ashtead and surrounding postcodes. See our wasp nest removal service.
Bed Bugs: We use professional heat treatment which eliminates all life stages including eggs in a single visit, without the need for repeat spray treatments. Learn more about our bed bug treatment.
Cockroaches: We treat cockroach infestations in homes and commercial premises across Sutton, including food businesses along Sutton High Street and the surrounding area. Treatment includes gel bait application and residual insecticide with follow-up monitoring. See our cockroach control service.
Squirrels: Squirrels regularly find their way into loft spaces across Epsom, where they can cause serious damage to wiring and insulation. We provide humane removal and proof entry points to prevent them returning. Find out more about our squirrel control and squirrel proofing services.
Pigeons and Birds: We install humane deterrents including spikes, netting and tensioned wire systems, and provide sanitisation of affected areas. See our full bird control service.

About Epsom

Epsom is a Surrey market town around 14 miles south of London, best known for Epsom Downs Racecourse and the Derby.

Where we work and what we find there:

Epsom town centre — older terraces with ageing brickwork and drainage runs are a common entry point for rats and mice
Stoneleigh and Ewell — established gardens and 1930s housing stock see regular wasp nests and mouse ingress
Epsom Downs and Tattenham Corner — properties bordering open farmland have higher rodent pressure in autumn
Ashtead — larger detached homes with mature trees are a hotspot for squirrels and birds
Epsom High Street and Ashley Centre — food premises in and around the town centre are the most common source of commercial cockroach callouts

We also cover neighbouring areas including Banstead, Leatherhead and Sutton across KT17, KT18, KT19 and SM7.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Friendly, reliable and efficient. Investigated and solved our issues in the first visit. Reassuring to have another two follow up visits included in the price to check the problem hadn’t come back.
